Logo Design — Singapore

Your logo is the first
thing people judge.
We make it earn trust.

Anyone can make a logo. We design marks that carry meaning — shaped by strategy, audience and context rather than templates or trends. The result is a distinctive identity built to work across every place your brand needs to appear.

What makes Sozosei different

Original by design

Every mark begins from a blank page. No stock symbols, recycled concepts or template thinking.

Strategy before style

We understand the business, audience and positioning first. Form follows meaning.

Built beyond the moment

We avoid short-lived visual trends and design for clarity, recognition and longevity.

01 — What's included

More than a mark —
a complete logo system

A professional logo isn't a single file. It's a system — one that has to work across business cards, signage, social media and embroidery alike. Here's what every Sozosei logo engagement covers.

Concepts & Direction

Custom logo concepts built from scratch — never templates — each with the brand story behind it, a moodboard and visual direction, refinement rounds until it's right, and a final concept presentation.

Typography & Colour

Custom or curated typeface pairing, a colour palette grounded in colour psychology, light, dark and mono variations, accessibility contrast checking, and full Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX codes.

Logo Variations & Usage

A full logo in horizontal and stacked formats, a standalone icon or symbol mark, a wordmark variation, minimum size and clear-space rules, and clear do / don't usage guidance.

02 — What you receive

Files for every
situation you'll face

Your logo will appear on screens, print, packaging, embroidery and signage — sometimes all in the same week. We prepare every file format you'll need, so you're never scrambling before a deadline.

Vector Source Files

AI and SVG master files, scalable to any size without quality loss — for your printer, signage company and developer.

PNG & PDF Exports

Transparent-background PNGs in multiple sizes, plus press-ready PDFs, for presentations, social, web and print.

All Colour Versions

Full-colour, reversed (white), mono (black) and greyscale variants, so your logo reads correctly on any background.

Usage Guidelines PDF

A clear reference document covering colour codes, spacing, minimum size, and correct / incorrect usage.

03 — Why Sozosei

Not just a logo —
a business asset

The Singapore market has no shortage of cheap logo options. What it lacks is logo design that comes from genuine brand understanding. Here's what sets our approach apart.

Strategy-led, not style-led

Every creative decision we make — the shape, the typeface, the colour — is justified by your brand positioning. We can tell you exactly why each element exists. That's the difference between design and decoration.

Experience behind every decision

Our work is shaped by more than a decade of hands-on experience across design, digital and brand communication. You work directly with an experienced creative studio — from first conversation through final delivery.

Japanese precision in every detail

Our design philosophy is rooted in the Japanese concept of Sozosei — creativity with rigour. We obsess over spacing, proportion, optical weight, and the invisible decisions that make a logo feel inevitable.

You own everything, always

Upon final payment, all source files and intellectual property transfer to you. No ongoing licensing, no hidden fees, no vendor lock-in. Your logo is yours — forever.

04 — How we work

From brief to
final mark

A logo that lasts doesn't happen by accident. Our process is deliberate and collaborative, built around a result that genuinely reflects who you are — not what looked good in someone else's portfolio.

  1. Discover

Brand questionnaire, competitor audit, and a discovery conversation to understand your business, your audience, and the emotional territory your logo needs to own.

  2. Define

We establish visual direction with moodboards and a creative brief. You approve the direction before a single logo mark is drawn.

  3. Design

Logo concepts presented with rationale. We iterate, refine and push until the mark is exactly right — distinctive, versatile and unmistakably yours.

  4. Deliver

Complete file package handed over — all formats, all variations, all colour codes, and usage guidelines. You leave with everything you need to launch.

05 — Questions

Logo design
FAQs

We typically present two to three distinct logo directions, each with a clear rationale. Rather than flooding you with options and creating decision fatigue, we focus on the concepts we genuinely believe in — each one fully considered, not half-baked. After your feedback, we refine the chosen direction through revision rounds until it's exactly right.

A standalone logo design project typically takes two to four weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Timeline depends on scope, feedback speed, and whether the logo is part of a larger branding engagement. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start of every project so you can plan your launch accordingly.

Yes. Upon final payment, all intellectual property transfers to you. We recommend working with a trademark attorney in Singapore (IPOS) to register your mark — we can provide the necessary source files and documentation to support that process. Trademarkability itself depends on distinctiveness and clearance searches, which your attorney will advise on.

Logo refinement and evolution projects are a significant part of our work. We can modernise, refine, or fully rebuild an existing mark while retaining the brand equity you've built. We start by auditing what's working and what isn't, so the refresh is intentional, not cosmetic.

Yes. While we recommend pairing logo design with brand strategy for the best results, we do offer logo-only engagements. Many clients start with a logo and return for the full brand system once they've seen the quality of the work. We'll recommend what makes sense for your stage and budget.
